Early Life & Education

Amadi was born in Rivers State, Nigeria, to Oha Ezekiel Amadi and the late Ezinne Cordelia Amadi. Raised in a household steeped in values of integrity, service, and discipline, he attended Sacred Heart Primary School and later Community Secondary School I, Ubima Rivers state.

In 1985, he moved to Lagos, where his early business training began. Mentored by his late uncle, the Chairman of Ama Ubi Nig Ltd, he gained formative exposure to entrepreneurship, cross-border trade, and leadership excellence. He later pursued higher education in law, earning a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Cambridge, London, and complemented this with professional training in security intelligence, surveillance technology, and strategic business management across Malaysia, Europe, and the Middle East.
